The Production Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily production operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. As a key member of the leadership team, this individual helps maintain day-to-day business continuity, supports strategic planning efforts, and leads process and systems improvements that support scalable growth. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily roofing and siding installations.
- Motivate, support, and direct installation crews to ensure efficiency and quality.

The Process Document Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our Quality Management System (QMS). This role ensures that company processes are clearly documented, organized, and compliant with QMS standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, update, and manage company process documents, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Create and maintain templates, forms, and guides that are clear, consistent, and compliant.

Organize and control all documents within the QMS, ensuring version accuracy and accessibility.
- Partner with department leaders to improve efficiency and standardize workflows.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a high-performing in-home roofing and siding sales professional to lead and grow Guardian’s retail sales division. This is a career opportunity for an experienced closer who thrives in a one-call close environment and wants to help shape the future of Guardian’s direct-to-home retail operations.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of successful in-home roofing and siding sales experience and a consistent track record of $1 million+ in annual sold volume.
This position is based within a 90-mile radius of Southampton, PA and offers the opportunity to grow into a managerial and leadership role as the retail division expands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct in-home roofing and siding sales presentations using a one-call close model.

Present and manage financing options for clients to maximize close rates.
- Prepare and manage all necessary sales documentation, including contracts, scope sheets, and material selections.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads, prospects, and unclosed opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and optimize sales funnel performance.
- Play an active role in hiring, training, and mentoring future sales team members.
- Assist company leadership in building the retail department structure, including compensation design, accountability systems, and long-term growth plans.
- Represent Guardian with professionalism, integrity, and dedication to excellence.Utilize Guardian’s CRM system to log every appointment, document customer data, photos, and project details.
- Accurately evaluate customer needs, prepare solutions, and sell projects at profitable margins.
REQUIEREMENTS:

Minimum 5 years of in-home roofing and siding sales experience (required).
- Proven ability to sell $1M+ annually in residential projects.
- Demonstrated proficiency in one-call closing and financing-based sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Experience with CRMs, digital presentations, and photo documentation tools.
- Strong understanding of roofing and siding materials, installation practices, and homeowner decision psychology.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Must be willing to travel within a 90-mile radius of Guardian’s home office.
