2. You file a claim for specific damage and storm date with your homeowner’s insurance company and state that your contractor is Guardian Roofing & Siding.
3. Guardian meets with the insurance adjuster on-site to point out the damage we see.
4. Guardian will prepare a detailed scope of work, itemizing all the damaged materials and repair costs as well as preparing detailed measure sheets that can be submitted to the insurance adjuster after the meeting.
5. Your insurance adjuster will send you their scope of work (estimate) and the initial payment for the work. For your protection, Guardian will review these documents to ensure that the entire repair project has been paid for. In the instance that there are any missing amounts, Guardian will then contact your adjuster to review the estimate.
6. Guardian will schedule the installation date and complete the work as noted on your service agreement.
